 We recently had a new deck constructed by Hook Services (Hook Home Maintenance) a family owned business located in Stow. We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. It entailed removing our old rotting deck keeping some of the support structure and replacing bad wood with new.  The craftsmanship is top-notch. The new deck is sturdy, well-built, and aesthetically pleasing. The Trex materials used are of high quality, ensuring durability and longevity.

Shawn Hook and his crew were incredibly professional. They arrived on time every day, kept the work area clean, and were respectful of our property. They also communicated clearly about the progress and any potential issues.  The project was completed within the agreed time frame, with no delays.  It only took 4½ days from tear down to completion. I found the pricing to be fair and competitive. The quality of the work and the materials used justify the cost. I feel confident that this deck will add significant value to my home. The customer service was excellent. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. The team was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

Randy Hook came out to quote us on a couple jobs we were thinking about having done around the house.  He was on time (I think he even called to see if he could come over a bit early), very professional, took his time checking out each job and gave us a price for each one.  The following week he followed up to see if we were still interested.  We hired him for one of the jobs, putting the fan in the bathroom.  Randy and Dan showed up right on time, they completed the job in under an hour, cleaned up and were on their way.  As a stay at home mom, I don’t always feel comfortable with some workers that come to our home.  But that wasn’t the case today.  Randy and Dan were very polite and respectful.  I felt completely at ease.  It was also nice that they didn’t smell of smoke, as some workers do that we’ve had in our home.  I recommend them very, very highly!  We have found our go to handymen!  We will definitely use them again.     -Jill G.  Silver Lake, OH
